NIN NEWS SERVICE, Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir High Court has stayed the order of Chief Judicial Magistrate Srinagar seeking probe to the alleged ‘irregularities’ in election process in Khanyar assembly segment during the recently held polls. The order was passed by Justice Hassnain Massodi in which he has directed SHO Khanyar to withhold the enquiry if at all it was launched on the directions of the Chief Judicial Magistrate.

This institution issue a explanation notice for student without any fault and involvement in any illegal activity and against norms of university. He said he just raised the Voice forequality which is our fundamental right. If students or other faculty members fallow the long route of traffic then why not the vice chancellor. As a student activist I prefer shortest route for students because their classes are more important then VC’s comfort zone. I know the protocol of Vice Chancellor of university.
